1. Membership Privileges:
1.1. Access to the outdoor pool facility, operational from April 1st to October 15th, subject to weather conditions. The Club reserves the right for early opening or late closing based on weather conditions.
1.2. Use of the salon facilities for personal grooming and relaxation.
1.3. Entry to the grand room for participation in special events and gatherings hosted by the Club.
1.4. Access to the fully equipped fitness room for physical exercise and training purposes.
1.5. Utilization of the billiards room for leisure activities.
2. Family-Focused Membership:
2.1. Family memberships include access for up to 6 immediate family members, allowing them to enjoy the Club’s facilities together.
3. Delectable Offerings:
3.1. Members are invited to enjoy snacks in the courtyard area adjacent to the pool. The Club provides a variety of snacks for purchase to enhance the leisure experience.
4. Safety and Enjoyment:
4.1. The Club ensures safety with the presence of a vigilant lifeguard on duty. Lifeguard services are available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend, between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday. Members acknowledge and agree that lifeguards are provided for safety purposes and not as childcare providers. Members swim at their own risk.
4.2. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while on Club premises, including but not limited to the pool area.
4.3. For the safety and comfort of all members, no glass, drinks, food, or smoking is allowed in the pool area.
4.4. Members are required to check in with the front desk upon arrival to inform the Membership Experience Team of members and guests present on the property and using the facilities. This check-in procedure is for safety reasons to ensure the utmost safety of each member.
5. Personal Belongings:
5.1. The Club shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or property of Members or guests while on Club premises.
6. Membership Terms:
6.1. Membership is valid for one year from the date of signing this Agreement.
6.2. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.3. The Club reserves the right to revoke membership privileges in the event of misconduct or violation of Club rules and regulations.
